EMDR
EMDR is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing; a form of treatment for patients with Acute Stress Disorder and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder.
I take my first session next week. (and yes, I do have visions of Clockwork Orange and Malcolm McDowell with his eyes pasted open)
