Champlain College and Obstruction of Justice
Some people are having trouble following my argument in this matter, so I will try to be as clear as possible.
In 1978-79 Champlain College administration officials lied to my parents, to a private investigator, Robert Buellac, to the Lennoxville Chief of Police, Leo Hamel, and to Surete du Quebec detective, Roch Gaudreault when they stated that Jean Eddisford was the school official in charge of the residence hall at Compton.
Stewart Peacock was, in truth, the head of school residences at Compton; but investigators never heard mention of his name; they never interviewed him, Peacock's name is not a part of the official police record in Theresa Allore's case file.
One of the Champlain administration officials who mislead authorities in 1978-79 was Gerald Cutting. Gerald Cutting is still employed by Champlain College, in fact he is the director general of the entire cegep.
In 2002 Cutting lied to me when he told me that back in 1978 Peacock was merely the "director of records" at Champlain, and this lie is documented in a letter I received from Cutting.
Further, Bishop's College School in Lennoxville is continuing this falsification by refusing to disclose to me (I have written and telephoned) that Peacock was a teacher at their school as recent ad within the last 10 years.
Section 139(2) of Canada's Criminal Code states:
Obstructing justice
139. ...
Idem(2) Every one who wilfully attempts in any manner other than a manner described in subsection (1) to obstruct, pervert or defeat the course of justice is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years.

If the Surete du Quebec continues to ignore this crime then they themselves are guilty of violating Section 139(2) of the Criminal Code.
