John,
I saw your performance on this past Friday night and I just wanted to tell you ... You were wonderful. Originally, I thought it would be fun to see if I could observe you using any Meisner techniques but after about 5 minutes I just forgot about all that and became pretty involved in the story and the characters. It was a beautiful play and all of the actors were so good but of course I was a bit more focused on your performance. You really are so talented. I am sure that show required a very committed effort. I had never seen a Eugene O'Neill play so I am vey happy I saw it performed so superbly. I look forward to watching you on stage in the future.
