Plaidoyer-Victimes
The content from last fall's victim conference hosted in Montreal by l'Association Quebecoise Plaidoyer-Victimes is now available on there website.
Even if you don't speak French, you should check it out. There are a number of Powerpoint presentations that are - despite the language barrier - essentially self-explanatory.
It's a good snapshot of what the folks are up to in Quebec with victim services.
