Shawinigan takes no prisoners when it comes to juvenile discipline
Wait a minute... strike that...
Teacher's at École St-Paul lock children in a cage who misbehave:
"The school board insisted teachers are trained properly to deal with problem children and can call on limited resources such as psychologists and councillors if they need additional help."
"Psychological counselling", pfft! you wanna turn the kid fairy?
I think Shawinigan's on to something. This might be the solution to the whole crime-thingy problem. The kid's nine and already identified by his own family as difficult. Why not lock up the cage now and do away with any threats to society in the coming 20 years.
