Does this photo look familiar?
It's not the creek where Theresa Allore was found on April 13, 1979. Instead, it's the Little Blue River near Kansas City where the remains of 54-year-0ld Summer Shipp were found.
She had been missing for three years before fishermen retrieved a skull on October 7 and reported it to authorities.

Like I wrote to Missy, when I saw this story and the photo of the creek it made me think of Theresa, then I thought that maybe Theresa's clothes (if the ones spotted in the woods were not hers) and her chinese slippers that were never found, maybe they were thrown in the water after he left her body on the bank of the bog. Anyway, it's a sad story but at least the family can now lay her to rest properly.

Doreen, I also thought of Sharron's case, where some of her clothes were thrown nearby her but of course visible because this crime scene wasn't near water.
And of Louise Camirand whose clothes were also found near her body.
